On the seat,comfortably!

This is a journal,a short one, which I wrote on my way back home. Oh,I can't read in the car, neither can I write. But I wasn't traveling back in the car. I was on the bus! Yeah,I love traveling back by bus, alone. Some time to relax, unwind and really...well,relax. If not,I'd be driving.

Butterworth. Hey,couldn't bear this eagerness, this desperate demand of my own self to write, though I had planned to plainly rest and enjoy the journey! What to do,left with no choices I came to realize that writing is indeed one of my pleasures-and it's in my 'List of Indulgences'! I.........gave in,where's my notebook...gimme my IPSAH notebook!
Thanks, much better...oh yeah! Flipped close RD and started...writing!
***

Got on the bus at 3.25 pm after stuffing in roti telur and a glass of iced Milo into my mouth...that's a thrilling 5 minutes before departure! Haha, still had the time to eat, ain't I! I was starving like,owh...and no,get over it! Food! Only a piece of roti telur will do. Nay,wouldn't care any better, demanding a plate of rice would be far more worst-irrelevant-plus,I've forgotten how roti telur tastes like! Mm..um! Then off I went, paid the cashier with RM 3 something..and raced straight down to platform 12. The bus, however, departed at 3.40 pm, a little delayed from its original schedule, still okay by the way. I found my first solo journey indisputably marvelous, and even more merrier it is,when you have great friends around as company. But this is my second time going back alone, out of three times on the bus. I always love traveling and traveling alone now seems even more 'cool'. Even without sunglasses on. Do I need that? Nope,nope... Moved from the new temporary station at about 4.40 pm. Flicking the pages of my yet untouched RD...(hoho,it's my nature,I'll only read my RD on the bus. As for those published earlier,I'll gather them all in my bag and read 'em on the bus. Finish 'em all!)

Time check: 6.13 pm..Kuala Kangsar now,it's been some time since I last drop by the RnR. It's much bigger, now that they've done some massive (wow..)
renovation to the RnRs at both directions. It have got escalators to my amazement! I can't figure out what the escalators would be useful for, only to climb up one floor higher-which doesn't even earn a drop of sweat. Em..any idea? Looks impressive perhaps? Oh I really won't care,I enjoy the escalators as much as I'm wondering why they're there! 6.51 p.m. 5 km away to Simpang Pulai. Hungry... Dig my bag,deeper,deeper...Huh! My chocolate bar had melted...! Em,kalau selit kat lubang air-cond bas ni blh ke ha? Kang pelik plk org tgk kang, buat malu ak je...uish,duk diam2 Hystrix. Ehem.
This is where I'd usually enjoy the journey by car most. Because it requires skill, specifically for manual car drivers like me. The hill's steep enough, for medium cars to go up. And it'd certainly drain the most power out of the running stallions in the engine, which would be my joy of driving, especially if a bus or two can be overtaken. Rare pleasure which comes with rare chance. Why? Because I'm not Jeremy Clarkson. Neither am I Richard Hammond. James May? Oh please don't...(May? Can't be true!) those Britons aren't my suitable competitors! I'd surely fly off with a blink of an eye! Haha! If you'd watch closely, see the road? It's almost corkscrew and that's the reason why I love this spot most. DRIFT!!! Err,without lifting up the handbrakes,of course, I don't wish to lose my driving license.. Only clutches replacing the foot brake. And I'm still under father's supervision. And mother's possible sudden lecture should any turns cause discomfort. Eih! This is way off the topic!

My hand phone seems to be the only one thing breaking the silence. Well, regardless of the creaks and the sound of the bus engine itself. Boredom, but to sle
ep is even more boring! 7.00 p.m. Actually beautiful it is,my land of birth. Perak I mean. Oh,nothing to do with this journal, just miss my hometown much. How long ago since I last took a walk,a real walk by the lake in the evening? I can't remember...nowadays the state government is holding weekly activities, usually on weekends at the Taiping Lake Garden. They have this orchid exhibitions,aerobics,etc,etc... Such a beautiful place to spend the evenings. Promised to meet Frisbee someday there and paddle the boat together! OK,I think I want to read for a while, when it gets dark I won't be able to read anymore. After all...lenguh dah menulis sambil kontrol tulisan ni! Consistent, ongoing, never ending earthquake here in this bus. That's it! I'm giving up! I'll rest my fingers for a while...

...DEBUSH!...

Heck, there goes my choc under the seat...where is it? Oh no... -_-

8.25 pm. Just had dinner. Was near the Slim River exit when Pakcik bas sudenly turned into it.
I thought, "aik, kenapenye pelik aje jln ni?" and raised my head, like a turtle emerging its own out of its shell. Then in the dark,I seemed to see something 'round',something shadowy beside me. I turned slowly to look to my right. Very slowly. It was another head. A boy's head. I thought he was asleep. As tender as 11,as curious as me. What? Yeah,as curious as I was! He stays connected to his dad with his cellphone along the journey, informing him when he reaches certain places, which makes me impressed as he too,was travelling alone, all by himself! Hey kid,I'd like to say this:you're cool..... ;D

A few minutes then I saw bright lights coming which soon emerged into a big 'warung'-surprisingly,it's near the roadside but you've to go further into the junction, making it quite invisible from the road. I saw it because of the lights. I've been here several times before, but I've never known that the warung has been here all along? Dinner was simple for the lonewolf on travel. Nasik separuh,paceri/pajeri terung and some crispy chicken bits. Hehe,it looked like KFC Popcorn Chicken! And then I remembered. "em,makan sorang..aih." Weird. My lecturer in UKM once said, "Pelik tak kalau kamu duduk makan sorang?" (This applies for eating out) We answered, "Pelik!!!" There were some "tak..." He said,it's okay for those answering "tak," but the majority went for "pelik." Yes it is weird, because, "Kita orang Melayu ni tak biasa budaya makan sorang. Adat budaya kita, kita tak makan sorang. Kita akan tunggu semua ahli keluarga utk duduk, baru mkn skali." Hundred of heads nodded... *end of it,clouds away, buff!*

His... Yes,I love travelling alone, now I've to learn eating out alone, dear.

With that thoughts diminished from my mind, (the 30 seconds playback of an old memory which concerned the present situation of having to eat alone), I put my plate on the table. And my glass of Neslo Ais. Ops. Now who's going to look after my meal for a while for I need to wash my hands? There were strangers all around me,and to leave your meal unattended IS not preferable. It's..dangerous,yup it is.

"Jalan cepat,tgk2 skit nasik tu" I told myself. Washed my hands and went back to the table, examining my meal for any 'additional ingredient' which I didn't take, and considered...OK,clear! Safety first, baca doa and...nyam2! Sedap, walaupun tepi jln je!

How frustated I was for when I took out my phone to take a picture of my dinner,it indicates 'Battery low!' How I hate it... >_< ..My dear phone, why'd you always do this to me? You'll have your cell pack replaced,I promise.. 9.30 p.m. Plaza tol Sg. Besi. My rebellious jet black Nokia dissapointed me by letting out two loud beeps, blinking its blue warning lights and switching itselffff.....OFF! Successfully! Yay. Luckily I've brought along a backup one with me! The good twin... Where is it...where,where.. -10 minutes later- Why is it so dark,I've nothing to light up my search...it should be here..? Where,where... Umh,forget it.

10.00 p.m. Plaza Tol Kajang, counting the minutes to finally end the waiting!

10.09 p.m. Now in the heart of Kajang. Since last few months, this city had changed, quite a big deal it seems. There...I can see the bus station ahead now, almost home...!

10.11 p.m. Home to where the sweetest things belong...I looked out the bus window,in search of faces I miss,

.......AIH!?.......

Ngape ayah pakai bj Hawaii???!!

Dreamweaver

Graceful distortions all along the way, solemnly memorizing the feel of the last four steps on the floor.

Touch the sky with one finger and grab a chance with four other. Be in the game and feel how it's like to be played against, dream and weave them on layers of the sky. Live underneath, and always look up.

Raindrops falling from the silk of blue are greetings at times when you fall. Look up,thank, and get up,really get up and go. Take your bunch of buds and leave,on the way back they may bloom-some may have, some sooner from another,-inhale the scent and remember, for there is nothing else comparable to a picture;of a sweet bloom that stays until its very last petal drops down as you grow old and lay.

Lay down and look up to the sky, live underneath. Rest while you lay, sweet scents on the face,in the heart,in the mind,in the left journey,of a survivor.

Four,three,two,one...go.

Catch the shooting star

Patiently counting the layers of the sky, from the fifth to the last.

I'd like to go back to the times when I can breathe in soothing air, when I can feel the breeze on my face, when I can easily laugh out and not having to think about tomorrow. I'd like to go back to the city I miss,I'd like to do what I used to do but that was then, before I get the chance to know you.

I am grateful, for at least if someday I'll have to leave, once in my life here, I've known someone I can lean my hopes unto. To go through sadness together,to bear harshness together,to learn about life together. And decisions to make in difficulties-which demand in many ways;principles, the toughest judgment which bring us to the point when each and every points shows.

Gratitude to friends whose heart beat with sincerity, keeping friendship sacred, keeping spirits alive,to survive in our very own worlds.

You catch my shooting star, and keep them secured there.

Best remembered

It is such a relief to finally have the inspiration again...several days to come up with this one,it's not a good one after all, merely a satisfying piece I'd say. But that's exactly what I have in my mind. Though I love to write in such a way that you won't understand what on Earth I'm babbling about. Hahaha...(let out an evil laugh that doesn't even make sense at present situation) Well, yes, here it is.

The Best Fortnight

One lost good old day
Of a wanderer,
A torchbearer
And a soul trader

One good bright day
For a wanderer
To walk around and ponder
Reasons of life, and what the others are after

One good moonlit night
For a soul trader
Bailing,in a sinking sacred kingdom,
Love filled with wondrous lies and tragic deaths

One good fortnight
For a torchbearer
Lost in the dimming starlight,a night's eyes
In the hands of a goddess in dreams which are lies

One good reason why
Alone in a cursed prison cellars, fearsome chains keen
Arms defensive, one last defense have I
Another love one day to come in

One best fortnight
For a naive wanderer,
A dying soul trader,
And a willful torchbearer
Almost over
And that it will be those days
Best remembered

What's meant in my free-verse,inconsistent,whatever poem,is;I sense the time's drawing nearer, and nearer. It's just-near. I sense misses,I have a little feelings of regret over unintended things, unexpected things. I feel a massive need to treasure the last two weeks,I feel the time constraint that is setting me within displeasure. Where I ought to stay, what I ought to say-but I seem to be running out of chances-and I'm tired of chasing. My mind has called upon a decision-no more words until the very last day, only if there are chances. I missed the good old days, and I will miss this fortnight. Huh...I just feel like sleeping now..I don't even have the heart to finish my presentation...

-DARE ANYONE SAY SUCH WORDS!

Thou shall be impaled, fare thee and thy world, thy life...well! Be advised...

The Lifetime I Owe

Good day,dear friends!

To these honourable teachers of mine,I owe the best in life, which I can impossibly repay even with my whole lifetime in return.

  • Dearest mother who taught me English Language in the very first place, until I'm able to speak the language. Whot taught me about sacrifices and patience.
  • Dearest father who taught me about life, its obstacles and wonders;survival, defence, kindness and honour of a man. My driving instructor, now my long-distance driving partner and computer geeks pal.
  • Dearest kindergarten teachers in TSM,UKM-two of them whose name I still remember are, Cikgu Nora of Kelas 6 Kuning and Teacher Lina.
  • Dearest primary school teachers of SRK Jln 6 Bdr Baru Bangi.
  • Dearest lower secondary school teachers of my former school SMKJ3 BBB. Not to forget-higher secondary school teachers in my new school JESS-whom each of them contributed much in my development as a teenage student;especially kind Ustazah Hamidah,Pn Fadzilatul, and all the others. (SMKJ 3) Pn Jegathiswary Sickan whom without her kindness,I'd never score the best in Chemistry for SPM,Pn Normah who had kept my love for Physics flaming until this very time, Pn Che Ratni who made Biology never a bore and Pn Noor Zehan who did her very best for our SPM Biology,my Maths teachers, whose love gave life to my interest in Maths,Ustazah, and all the other respectable teachers. (JESS)
  • Dearest lecturers in scenic KMPk,especially En Meor who understood me well and helped a lot, until I could be proud of my achievement in Physics.
  • Dearest lecturers, super senior MLTs and fellow young,fully-spirited MLT partners in UKM-Diplome of Medical Lab Technology, who planted a seed of love in me towards Medic, who were by my side along the irreplaceable experience.
  • Dearest lecturers and fellow future teachers, who nourished my 'Literature' side which I had been neglecting all those times. Especially Mama whose trust and love are my motivation, and all the others whose teachings are my will to go on.
In return of your kindness...what can I present you with..? Humbly,I can present you with nothing, instead of gifts, which are but materials. Not even with my life because it is none of my posessions...but with sincere prayers I say in my regards towards you. May Allah repay you with every goodness on Earth one would cherish, may He bless you with security and happiness, amin.

Thank You,my dear Teachers...

Hm,it's raining...

<03:56>
It's raining outside, and very sweet it is to hear the sound of the raindrops. It's 3 minutes to 4 am. Why can't I sleep yet...weirdo... Suddenly nocturnal again..but not again..! Huh.

<13:27>
I'm back, now here in front of my dear. Whoa,my eyes hurt really much. You're one of the reasons,CQ! Yes,despite the facilitators' reflection.

The rain continued until the sun was up,it made this morning gray. It made some solemn,it made the mood gloomy. Pity you,why such a face... You do know that rain brings along blessings,do you not? Hush,patience... Guess what, tomorrow will be the Teacher's Day,cheer up! It's a day special enough, though we're only teacher trainees, but someday we'll be one, insyaAllah.

Now,curve a smile, friend. Frown no more. I need your smile so that I can keep on smiling...

All the Way

Hello there!

Sorry I couldn't find time to cover this post on Language Camp '09 earlier, hope this very brief post can at least be adequate to cover the whole happenings in Hosba Valley, down in Jitra Kedah. Oh yes,it was a great place, one of the most beautiful PLKN camp I've ever seen! Foods were nice too!

Something, the most valuable thing I will never forget from the English Language Camp (ELC) 2009 is,the friendship that we,Penang Campus have with Ipoh Campus. Friendship flourished=new friends from other IPGM! Hooray!
We did their cheer, which sounded like "Gambate, gambate,Ipoh,Ipoh!",clapping, stamping on the floor. And they thanked us with applause. No...we didn't want applause,friends... Now do our cheer! And they asked us how,and friendly fellows from sweet Penang Campus came forward to do a demo. Ah-ha! In a short while there was a loud shout from the fellows dressed in purple batik, "I-P-G-M,PENANG CAMPUS!"

Look! Who's got new friends from Ipoh! "Ipoh mali talak sombong.." (their line in Rasa Sayang song which was performed in the closing ceremony) See the one in black batik? That's an IPBL rep,our great-to-have-around-photographer!

Wow. Shiver down the spine! Haha! Great, now IPGM PC has got bestfriends from IPIP,IPBL and....what's the name...oh yes,IPKB. Wait,wait...don't throw me tomatoes or rotten egg,I love them! Throw me something I hate,like...money,or hand phones,laptops,MP4..!
Our friendship with IPKB has another story behind it.

A fellow from IPKB had been bothering my PIC's mind with phonecalls about Language Games (which we were to handle in collaboration with them). The question was, "How did she get my number???"-Mr. Stai.

Heck,I went off to the LC without my usual 24/7 Partner in Crime, had him replaced temporarily, with a temporary Partner in Crime-who is one of our most honoured family member;En Bagan, with the task of dealing with IPKBians for the very first time,FACE TO FACE. It scared me off,but I...I just had to...! I-well,-pleaded to my PIC (in a macho way,so that he won't know that I was pleading,) to pray for my courage and will to carry the task out.(Owh,now he'll know that I was pleading..! Never mind...)

I've never had any experiences myself, talking with her over the phone, until I sat with her across the table, discussing about the LG before the day of the activity at the camp itself. I brought the acting 2nd COHORT person, En Bagan and the ELC Chairperson; Shirley, along (as sidekicks) for the late night talk before we went back to our rooms. I was prepared with very little...little...knowledge of the girl and advices from Mr Stai. (which I also begged for,due to my sudden abnormal anxiety disease).

Shirley's reaction towards the discussion was;

"She's just that determined kind of person."

And we worked with the IPKBians, sometimes with unpleasant questions which had made me very defensive and cautious towards them. Complaints from the family members came up as days passed. I said to myself, "Huh..you're going to get it..." But owing to the need for us to cooperate,I had to hold myself back. The very least I could do was to call up my PIC,telling him how we were doing there. I breathed uneasily, standing by the pond, feeling very disturbed as I talked on the phone.

En Bagan: "Ha,ha,ngadu dgn Stai!"

(Ceh En Bagan,bio le!)

Hey,this IS a long story!

The day came, their bus;as unfortunate enough-broke down! leaving us half-panicked when we got the news. Hectic, hectic. Shirley,En Bagan and I ran about here and there, checking the flow. But we soon got over it and went through. Alhamdulillah it was over! We thanked the participants,and...met the other team mates of IPKB. Now,this is the part when we actually became friends. Nadiah and her partner Umi thanked us,and apologized for the inconvenience. So did the COHORT Leader. I was cool again, slowly I regained some peace of mind...we thanked them, and apologized too.

Phew...the camp went on with other great activities-the enjoyful skits, the heart-stopping public speaking(for me it was, because I took part in it),the ever-waited-for choral speaking, the BBQ night...until the day came for us to leave.

I thought that was it. Nope,IPKB had their bus parked side by side with our coaster, and near to our bus, forcing us to glance at their faces as we went on board. I suddenly had Nadiah grabbing me by the neck, when I was about to walk away after having a few last words of "thank you","great to work together" and "hope to see you again some day".

Me: "What?"(non-verbally)
Them: "Take a picture with us!"

Oh,goodness...she rested her arms firmly on my shoulder, close enough that I felt warm on that cold morning, and I was suddenly surrounded by a group of smiling IPKBians, together with En. Pyan and Zalia who took the photos. A few IPPPians near the coaster stopped and gazed with mouth half-opened,smiling. I didn't believe I was there taking photos eith them too,but it was real,I was awake,so were they. My friends and I weren't dreaming.

That was how our friendship fluorished! IPPP-IPKB.

Thank you to all of my dear friends-leaders,committee members, facis, and all COHORT 2 family members, for their will and contributions to make it happen for IPPP and COHORT 2. We're awesome when we're together.

In ever-lasting memory of great friendship,

Clouds

It wasn't a waste for me to watch the dramatization of Lela Mayang last week. The script awed me most, through the character of Pak Hamid. I remember this line most; "Is it that you have seen too much, that you must choose what to see." It was from pak Hamid to Andak, who was trying to cover up his brother by pretending not to know about the murder his brother had done. The blind could see,but with the heart, not the eyes... How a blind could know the truth, while the other tried to ignore. Questions came streaming in.

Head resting comfortably at my seat,I felt a sudden shiver, but I remained still.
Pretended to be cool. (Because I had promised to myself that I'd enjoy and relax as I watch the play after the tiring camp. Plus,I had promised to my friends to come over and watch their performance.) Yeah, cool enough, the air-conditioners were on.

The words got through straight to the heart. In silence,I was saying, "Wait, what did you say just now? Hey,that's very true,do you read minds,Pak Hamid?" But of course not! Nay..it's a script,a view of life, get over it. The play itself was a piece of life, dramatized to the audience who are-actors and actresses-themselves. If I were to describe life in one word,it would be 'ironies'.

I went back to my room, mind loaded (more than before I came to the auditorium) with things we discussed across the table during our dinner.
Which was supposed to be called supper. :D It was 11 at night,there...a supper, was it not?

I had my mind filled..with questions about life I had after watching the play, and about the things we discussed about accros the table.

I thought about tomorrow,I thought about yesterday.

Someone must be differing. I know. But my dearest friend,we think differently. Just differently even though you know me well.

I have been considering, and accepting, and giving, and receiving. They taught me much more about life than what I knew all along. At the very least,I thought I know. It turned out to be that what I know is not sufficient. Really. This is a 'Guide to Life.' And still,I'm ready to consider,to accept,to give, and to receive. If not ready, there's another option...I must.

How I wish I can lay on the grass and gaze at the clouds, how wonderful it would be. And being here in Penang,I found a new love-the sea. It's beautiful and it washes away disturbing thoughts from agitated minds with its waves,if you have time to just sit by the beach. But have enough time,it needs nothing more but time.

The heart was flaming with visions and aims, now nursed by arms of hope and faith that tomorrow will come, and without one bright soul, the day will be dull. Just gaze at the clouds.

How far we've come... Some day I will consider myself some good time to rest. Best of luck for you,I'll be supporting, right behind, believing you as long as you believe. And far enough for myself to run free, close enough to come when you call.

To run free...

Going Off...

I'll be going off to Kedah for Language Camp this noon. It's the last big event I should be handling with my PIC. Last Friday night I received his phone call, informing that he won't be able to come along. There was a long pause. Really,it won't be a great time if we are to go without you.

But you've done a lot, before you got to know that your presence there is negotiable. And I can go with less worries, for you are indeed the best tasks partner I've ever met,a wise leader and a trustworthy mate. You've done almost everything from the very start. Now you're only leaving the responsibilities for me to take great care of the IPG's and the COHORT's honour. I will try my very best, please do pray for me that I will have the strength to,like you always do.

Now that I'm going off without you for the very first time,I apologize for any wrongdoings, for hurting you at times when I have doubts;and I thank you for inspiring me to move on..thank you for being my Trip Manager, bringing me to buy pickles, eat the nice cendol, covering me at hard times, taking care of me and the others..for everything. This is right from my heart. (Regardless that I am in the rush now, checking my stuffs!)

I'm writing this so that you will read it when I'm away. (So that you won't miss me! Not so that I won't miss you. Joking,hehe..) Take enough rest since you'll be busy too,and I can't wait to watch your performance when I get back! I'll definitely keep you updated with the programs there, worry not. :D

Thanks again, mate. It's 1.16 pm now,I really must stay away from this CQ! Take care, see ya soon.

Your P.I.C. ,
Phyto Hystrix.

(eceh,mcm surat plk!)

And for my committee leaders,of course the whole COHORT 2 family members, thank you, you've all done your parts. Without you we can't make it..let's make this a great event, our sweetest memories to remember! :D

This is a video I recorded on the day of departure, together with the choral speaking practise. Leaders wore black,great... Emo day the day before, huh? Enjoy!

Splendid Short Term Vacation!

What's the word,yes...brilliant! Long.....ago,that was some time back on the should-have-been-the-Act-Tourism-Course day...it came to our senses, what a wondrous island we're living in! So we planned our very own vacation, which I never thought would end up being successfully carried out, like how plans should be-(carried out,of course..?)

No doubt that it would be a terrible bore to spend the weekend, plus one and 3/4 days (Uhm,I mean, 3/4 of Thursday, plus one whole Friday, and the weekend...clearer?) doing nothing but preparing materials for LC and making friends with this dear blog.. So we pushed our trip plan to yesterday,'till this morning. This time I'm the Trip Manager! It was a very simple plan. TOUR AROUND PENANG ISLAND. But it was a little different,it turned out to be one... It was a TRIP 'ALMOST' AROUND PENANG ISLAND. AND OVER THE SEA.

Simple things sound complicated? Not to worry, the story went like this...

We saw it as a must not let go weekend. Ms TQ asked for a company that evening at 5, and we wanted to send Tokey off at Sg. Nibong at 8. What would have been a better idea than to make it all easier by renting a Kancil? So off the plan went,(which took almost two hours to finalize+sweaty Mami Cafe)I,the Trip Manager made a call to confirm about the availability of the car. Straight away,we made a booking and at sunny 10.46 Thursday morning, there was the red Kancil in front of Jambu.

Tokey just failed to stay put with the car parked still in front of the block. Why waste time? Said her. As for me in Angsana,I had a chat with Ms TQ about her plan which we were to join in that evening, and showed the trip plan for the day to our 2nd driver, who wasn't around when we finalized it with the 1st driver. SMSs came through continuously;from Tokey of course, urging me to head straight back without further delay. Uhh...ay,ay!

The car arrived later in a couple of minutes, and me,ready for the trip, called the 2 nd driver to fill in the form. Though I've just obtained my full license,I don't keep it with me as I prefer to take some time to finish studying 'The Professionals' Guide on How to Drive Cool...in Penang!'. There...ready! It's an auto,a perfect chance to put my hands on,huh! 1st time driving an auto since my beloved Optimus is a manual, and it was really fun;and,and...not to forget, funny, (seram tuh!) as I drove it up the hill to its 'rightful' driver.

We honoured Encik Oui (real name undisclosed) as our 1st driver, who took us on a ride up the hills to Batu Ferringhi! Reminded me of a scene in Tokyo Drift...where the DQ drifted up the hill with the view of the sea down the ravine..in such a perfect moonlit night, and her car..a perfect pearl white speedo queen..for goodness sake, can't help dreaming of one!

My,sorry,please forgive the misleading elaboration!

(I did it on purpose. Obsessions, you know.) ;p

*crickets*

Alright,alright..I'll just bring you back to the story...

Well when I was little,I knew Batu Ferringhi through stories. And there we were,on the white sands with a bag of 'cikedis' and camera phones in hands! The shining waves had my eyes on it all the time. Beautiful, beautiful.

from the left-me,enjoying the sea breeze,tokey,snatching a piece of chip. Hidden,Abg Ensem,layan blues..eceh!

Ala..bak ah sini skit..!

Dapat...

Oi! Jgn bwk lari cikedi aku...eh,silap!

Haha! No la,I made up the dialogues,it was not what they actually said...

But it really was a day out,a day of relief from all the tense for us. The marvello
us view took the crowded clusters in the minds of ours away with the dragging waves.

We took enough photographs until the sun was straight up on our heads. Next we head to-this is not a place of interest but to me,it is.-Masjid Terapung Tg. Bungah! Wonderful mosque, and there, for the first time, I learned that there are such things in this world such as foldable-bladed fan! Really,it surprised me! It looked just like any other ceiling fans,it's just that it faces upwards not downwards, and that its blades are foldable! Never imagined that before..I have to admit that I'm feeling a great shame for not knowing that such things exist. Huh...

I can say that the mosque has a simple, fresh design, with very calm atmosphere of course, and comfortably user friendly. Here, why don't you see for yourself! :)

Masjid Tg. Bungah P. Pinang

We head straight for lunch after that, but on the way back we passed by the beach and again, decided to atop and take some photos where the scenery was undeniably picturesque. It's worth driving a long way down!

The journey continues, with En. Oui's idea of cruising on the ferry! My first time on a Penang ferry. Sorry, there are quite a significant number of things which appear to be 'my first time'. Penang seems to be full of marvels, any other reasons?

We continued the journey to the mainland,Seberang Jaya. Just sightseeing, which took quite some time. Enough sightseeing,I'd say! Until I fell asleep. Huh,I was tired, sorry Tokey and AE...

We entered the island again, from QB. Straight to Seagate, and we stopped by and watched the Jerejak Island over the sea. Encik Oui told a lot about his trip there, and it really looked beautiful, even from far.

Then came the time we hated most-to send Tokey off to Sg. Nibong. Huh...I really hated that. She was going to leave for only three days but...uh. Skip that part.

That night En. Oui's shift ended and came in our second tourist guide. Mr. Stai.

Someone mentioned about pizza,if I wasn't mistaken? A pizza for dinner! Hawaiian Supreme, from the warm kitchen of Pizza Hut,Tesco Penang!

Searching for a suitable place to eat took almost half an hour...Huh. Nevermind,as long as we could have the pizza...
More stories and photos to come..!
